"blog"- yet another stupid word courtesy of computer geeks

OK, I've broken down and started one of these blog things. "Blogging - because everyone thinks they have something interesting to say". I've always been very anti-blog and the reason is the name - blog. "Look, it's short for 'web log'. Get it?". Jeez, how gay. It would've been better if they started out calling it a "web journal" and then it could have been shortened to "bjournal" so you can use that cool bj sound like when you say Bjorn Borg.
